Southern Integrated Delivery

Southern Integrated Delivery (SID) is formed of five partners, following a Project 13 model to deliver efficient renewals delivery. The Partners are:



                                



These partners are empowered to plan, specify, assemble and hand back the full renewals portfolio. Partners will pool their expertise and resources across the entire regional renewal's portfolio, coordinating and delivering five interlinked tranches of work.

The Enterprise is currently mobilising to be ready to start delivering works from 1 April 2024. This includes all renewals disciplines (building and civils, signalling, minor works, electrification and plant, and track).
